29/29th

Okay, so here goes. With my 29 in the 29th list, I am going to identify an excersise goal to complete every week, and then meet it.  This way, I can change up the goal if I want to, and tailor it to how busy I am that week.  (also: weather)

So this week, I am going to Wii fit for at least 45 minutes  for three days this week.

My goal is to have my wii fit age average under 30 for all three days
